Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a notification email once your order has shipped.

Pre-Order Items Items marked as pre-order may take an additional 2–4 weeks to ship beyond our standard processing time. You will be notified by email with an estimated ship date at the time of purchase.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages Oakie's Sassy Styles is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@oakiessassystyles.com] with photos of the damage.
